Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. Instore Pickup is also available at our showroom at unit 1, 84-88 Richmond Road, Keswick,SA 5035

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Within Australia: 2-7 business days after dispatch.

    • International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • Delays: While we do our best to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., postal service disruptions, customs delays, peak periods). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • How to Return: Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mobility 360.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product (for example, a different size or color), please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
